NYCDAT is dedicated to the promotion and appreciation of craft beer through creative and delectable food pairing. We are constantly experimenting with various craft beer and food combinations in order to provide you with the most delightful of mouth parties. We strive never to repeat ourselves in our regular events and although we will echo the use of certain beers or cheeses, we constantly seek to present new pairings.
